Dr. Sidra is a recipient of a prestigious scholarship International Research Support Initiative Program by HEC for training in the field of bioinformatics from The University of Sydney, Australia. She has skillfully used his deep understanding of complex biological processes to discover many fascinating molecules with potential therapeutic applications for infectious and metabolic diseases using Bioinformatics approaches. She has worked on multiple projects related to bioinformatics, including database construction, consensus docking approach, subtractive genomic approach, protein-protein interaction, molecular dynamics simulation, mutagenesis, and free energy perturbation methods. She is experienced in analyzing and managing massive amounts of data on a supercomputer.
