  • Trauma and Injury Prevention, Economic Evaluation of Healthcare programs, Health System Research.
  • My research interest is trauma and injury prevention programs, specifically, Road Traffic Injuries (RTIs). I am keen to explore multidisciplinary approaches in planning, implementing and evaluating road safety programs. Moreover, I am studying the economic burden of motorcycle crashes in Karachi, Pakistan and estimating the cost-saving ability of using helmets in reducing the economic burden of traumatic brain injury (TBI) caused by motorcycle crashes, and reducing head injury severity
